OUR COMPANY
Our History and Founder
Founded in 2010, Next Events went from building promotion teams for some of the hottest clubs in Las Vegas, to becoming a full service event consulting company, with a passion in creating memorable events.

Jeff Ermilio has been shaping the Las Vegas nightlife landscape for more than 25 years, earning a reputation as one of the city's most innovative event strategists, promoters, and nightlife programmers. Since entering the industry in 1999 as a rave promoter, Jeff has believed that success isn't defined by the venue itself—but by the unforgettable experiences created within it. His philosophy has remained constant throughout his career: "Four walls are four walls—it's what you do inside those four walls that makes people remember."
After transitioning into the nightclub industry in 2005, Jeff joined Empire Ballroom, where he learned the operational side of the business under the mentorship of Gino Lopinto. It was there that he launched Local Love, a Thursday afterhours concept that quickly became one of Las Vegas' most recognized late-night events and helped establish Jeff as one of the city's emerging nightlife innovators.
Recognizing an opportunity to elevate nightlife marketing, Jeff founded Next Events, which began as a small promotions team on the Las Vegas Strip before rapidly growing into the largest independent nightlife marketing company in Las Vegas. Within its first year, Next Events delivered more than 168,000 guests into the city's premier nightlife venues while developing partnerships with industry leaders including Angel Management Group (later Hakkasan Group), The ONE Group, N9NE Group, and Light Group.
As the company evolved, so did its vision. Next Events expanded beyond promotions into full-scale event production and venue programming, producing signature experiences including the annual THRILLER Halloween Festival, UFC viewing parties, comedy events, pool parties, and corporate mixers. By 2012, the company had entered venue programming through a marketing partnership with Cathouse Lounge at Luxor, marking the beginning of its transition from promotions company to nightlife consulting and operations firm.
In 2014, Jeff expanded Next Events into Arizona, securing venue partnerships with Wasted Grain, Mint Nightclub, and Rooftop Lounge while continuing annual marketing relationships with the Fetish & Fantasy Ball and Ultra Music Festival. Throughout the years, Jeff has developed nightlife concepts that continue to operate today, including Terrace Afterhours at Hustler Club, Mala Vida Latin Nights at Sahara Las Vegas, and Night Swim at Golden Nugget—demonstrating his ability to create sustainable entertainment brands rather than one-time events.
When the pandemic disrupted the hospitality industry, Jeff once again adapted. Next Events partnered with the Artisan Hotel to rebuild its nightlife identity, culminating in the launch of the Artisan Music Festival, the property's first-ever three-day hotel takeover featuring more than 40 DJs, including Robbie Rivera, Jerome Isma-Ae, and Richard Vission. Shortly thereafter, Jeff partnered with Groove Cruise and Sahara Las Vegas to create Navigate to Groove Cruise, a sold-out three-day destination weekend that attracted more than 2,700 attendees and completely booked the hotel.
The company's momentum continued with nightlife programming for Illuminarium at AREA15, where Jeff brought internationally recognized artists including Paul Oakenfold and Markus Schulz back to Las Vegas through events such as Afterlife during Sin City Halloween Weekend. In 2023, Jeff collaborated with the Fremont Street Experience during the inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend, helping bring Paul Oakenfold to the Fremont Street main stage before producing the official afterparty at Inspire Nightclub.
Following successful nightlife redevelopment projects for Troy Liquor Bar and Golden Nugget, Jeff joined Vibee, Live Nation Entertainment's destination experience company, where he expanded his expertise into premium guest experience operations. At Vibee, he produced the Winter Wonderland entertainment series during the Backstreet Boys' Millennium residency, created pre-party and after-party programming for the Eagles, Backstreet Boys, and No Doubt fan experiences, and developed the company's shuttle host program as part of its Elevated Experiences initiative—further strengthening his expertise in hospitality operations, guest engagement, and destination event programming.
Today, Jeff combines more than two decades of experience in promotions, marketing, venue operations, hospitality, programming, and large-scale event production through Next Events. His company continues to partner with venues, resorts, festivals, and hospitality groups to create experiences that drive attendance, increase revenue, strengthen brands, and leave lasting impressions on guests.
As Next Events continues to expand its venue partnerships, Jeff remains focused on the principle that has guided his career from the very beginning: creating unforgettable experiences that people remember long after the night ends.
